Day4 of the summer challenge is all about that lower half. We are targetting the hips, butt, and thigh with this effective workout.

During each movement, make sure you are squeezing your muscles and really working those moves to get the most out of each exercise. I loved filming this routine and could really feel the effects in my hips, butt and thighs.

To get the best results, be sure to push yourself in each exercise and eat a healthy diet. You can get my diet plan above for the challenge.
