Knowing every day is a NEW day is one of the best feelings in the world. This year is a chance for a fresh start, a clean slate, and more opportunities to be the person you were created to be! We love bringing you NEW content to this channel and are so grateful for the community that has been built here. If you happen to be new here, we want to welcome you to the family! This is a space for everybody and every body — and we hope that sense of belonging is felt through the screen. Our music + movement is intended to uplift and inspire you to love your body - and empower you to seek change from the inside out. 

FIT TIP: For this choreography, we took some liberties with new combinations that may feel a little tricky at first. As always, start with the feet — then add the arms, hips, hair toss, and whatever other flare fits your mood. We believe in the benefits of a physically and mentally challenging workout...so don’t toss this one out. With repetition, you’ll feel a stronger core, stronger shoulders, and improved coordination!
