हाम्रो व्यक्तिगत जीवनको बारेमा मानिसहरूलाई थाहा नहुन सक्छ, तर परमेश्वरको नजरबाट कुनै पनि कुरा लुकेको हुँदैन। उहाँले हाम्रो जीवनको हरेक गुप्त कुराहरु देख्नुहुन्छ र जान्नुहुन्छ। र, उहाँले हाम्रा कमजोरीहरु हामीलाई देखाइदिनु हुन्छ, हामीलाई घृणा गर्नुभएको कारण होइन तर हामीलाई प्रेम गर्नुभएको कारण र हामी पवित्र र निर्दोष जीवन बिताउन सकौँ भनेर। प्रकाशको पुस्तकमा प्रभु येशूले पर्गाममको मण्डलीले बालामको शिक्षालाई मानेको कुरा बताउनुभएको छ। आज पनि कति विश्वासीहरू बालामको शिक्षाबाट प्रभावित छन्। मण्डली बलामको सिद्धान्तको प्रभावबाट मुक्त हुनुपर्छ। बालामको शिक्षाले मूर्तिहरूलाई चढाइएका खानेकुराहरू खाने र व्यभिचार गर्ने प्रोत्साहन दिन्छ। धेरैजसो विश्वासीहरूले मूर्तिहरूलाई चढाइएका खानेकुराहरू खाँदैनन् होला। तर संसारमा व्यभिचारको पापलाई यसरी सामान्य बनाइँदैछ कि चर्चमा पनि चर्चमा पनि यसको प्रभाव देखिन थालेको छ। तर हामी हाम्रो होशियार हुनुपर्छ, र यसबाट बच्न सचेत हुनुपर्छ किनभने परमेश्वरको दृष्टिमा यो पाप हो। परमेश्वरको वचनले हामीलाई सबै प्रकारका शारीरिक अभिलाषाहरुबाट भाग्ने आदेश दिन्छ।

People may not know about our private life, but nothing is hidden from the eyes of God. He sees and knows every secret of our life. And, He shows us our weakness not because He hates us, but because He loves us and wants us to live a holy and blameless life. The Lord Jesus calls out the church of Pergamum for following the teachings of Balaam. Even today, many believers are influenced by it. The church has to be free from the influence of the principle of Balaam. The teachings of Balaam encourage to eat foods offered to idols and to commit adultery. Most believers may not consume the foods offered to idols. But the sin of adultery is being normalized in the world in such a way that the church is also being influenced by it. But we must be conscious to avoid this in our life because this is a sin. The Word of God commands us to flee from all sorts of sexual temptations.
