ส่วนผสม
.
1) น้ำ 500 มล.
2) วุ้นผงตราโทรศัพท์ 5 ก. หรือประมาณ 1 ¼ ช้อนชา (1% ของน้ำทั้งหมด)
3) น้ำตาล 3 ช้อนโต๊ะ
4) น้ำผึ้ง
5) น้ำมะนาว (เขียวหรือเหลืองก็ได้)
6) ลิ้นจี่ หรือผลไม้ตามชอบ

วิธีทำ
.
1) แช่วุ้นผงในน้ำ คนจะละลาย และแช่ทิ้งไว้ 10 นาที
2) ตั้งไฟ ต้มให้เดือด
3) เช็คว่าวุ้นละลายดีแล้ว
4) เติมน้ำตาล และคนจนละลาย
5) เทใส่พิมพ์ ตักฟองออก แล้วทิ้งไว้ให้เย็นจนวุ้นเซ็ตตัว
6) เมื่อวุ้นเซ็ตตัวแล้ว นำออกจากพิมพ์แล้วตัดเป็นชิ้นลูกเต๋า
7) จัดน้ำแข็งใส่ถ้วย ใส่วุ้น ตามด้วยลิ้นจี่ (หรือผลไม้ตามชอบ)
8) ราดน้ำผึ้งและบีบมะนาว (เขียวหรือเหลืองก็ได้)
9) กลืนน้ำลายแล้วถ่ายรูปก่อนทาน

But did you know? Aiyu is not just a name of a dish but a fruit from a plant called “Creeping Fig.” Originally, the Phuketians use mucus from the fruit to make this jelly dessert.

Ingredients
.
1) 500 ml. Water
2) 5 g. or about 1 ¼ tsp Telephone Agar powder (1% of total liquid)
3) 3 tbsp Sugar
4) Honey
5) Lime or Lemon Juice
6) Lychee or any fruit to your preference
.
Instructions
.
1) Dissolve Agar powder in water, let sit 10 mins
2) Bring to boil
3) See if Agar powder is completely dissolved
4) Add sugar and stir until dissolved
5) Pour into a mold. Scoop out air bubbles and set aside until cold and set
6) Once jelly is set, take out from mold and cut into dices
7) Put crushed ice, jelly, lychee (or fruit of choices) into a serving bowl
8) Pour over honey and lime or lemon juice
9) Gulp down the temptation and snap a photo before indulge!
