Hey guys!

In this boxing training video, we're going to practice all the punches to the head along with two-punch combos. We're also going to defend against these punches with various defensive moves.

Here's how it looks like:
1. Open with a 1 to the head then reset.
2. Follow up with a 2 to the head then reset.
3. Throw a 1-2 punch combo to the head and defend the 1-2 with a Slip-Slip.
4. Open with a 3 to the head then reset.
5. Follow up with a 4 to the head then reset.
6. Throw a 3-4 punch combo to the head and defend the 3 with a Sidestep while going under the hook and the 4 with a Sidestep while going under the hook.
7. Open with a 6 to the chin then reset.
8. Follow up with a 5 to the chin then reset.
9. Throw a 5-6 punch combo to the chin then go under the 3.
10. Defend against the 5 with a Step back and defend again against the 6 with a Step back.

Every workout you can do 2-3 rounds practicing these drills. The only way to sharpen your skills is through consistent practice.
