Kundalini yoga teaches us that the breath can deliver us through any challenge. When a kundalini yoga kriya gets tough, use the breath - similarly, when life gets tough, use the breath. This kundalini yoga kriya - known as the Positive Mind for Achievement - gives us a direct experience of that - the wisdom to bust through our blocks is seeded in us through this kriya!

As with all kundalini yoga kriyas, please be careful with your body. Keep yourself safe from injury. If you feel dizzy, just take a moment or two out. Remember to drink plenty of water during and after your practice.
