WITCHES BREW

.5 oz/15 ml Lemon Juice
.5 oz/15 ml Lime Juice
1 oz/30 ml Orange Juice
.5 oz/15 ml Simple Syrup
2 oz/60 ml Apricot Liqueur
1 oz/30 ml Soda Water

Method

1. Add all ingredients in order listed.
2. Stir Gently.
3. Enjoy.

WITCHES BREW Lemonade

2 oz/60 ml Empress 1908 Gin
.5 oz/15 ml Simple Syrup
1 oz/30 ml Lemon Juice
1 oz/30 ml Soda Water
1.5 oz/45 ml Blue Curacao

Method

1. Add first three ingredients to the glass.
2. Stir.
3. Add soda water.
4. Pour Blue Curacao slowly in the center and allow to settle.
5. Enjoy.
