First Look at Emmitt Smith's Las Vegas Steakhouse - Emmitt's Vegas

Legendary American football player Emmitt Smith opened his first restaurant in Las Vegas at Emmitt's Vegas, located at the Fashionshow Mall on the world famous Las Vegas strip. There are so many steakhouses in Las Vegas, especially on the strip so how does Emmitt Smith's newest addition stack up to the competition? The only real way to know is to try a large portion of the menu which I'll be doing because if you haven't heard:
