SOYA PEAS CUTLETS ✅

Recipe
(30g P, 480 Cals)

Ingredients for Kebab - 35g Soya Chunks granules
1-2 tbsp roasted besan
1/2 cup boiled peas
1/2 cup coriander
3-4 tbsp onion
3-4 cloves garlic
2 chillies

Spices - 1 tbsp aamchur, 1 tbsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp pepper, salt, 1 cumin powder

2 Whole wheat bread (Grind to make breadcrumbs)
1-2 tsp ghee

For the beetroot mint dip -
80g greek yogurt
2 tbsp grated boiled beet
1 tbsp Dried mint
Rock salt
Chaat masala

For the kebabs -
• Boil the soya granules and squeeze them well to drain all the water

Grind the boiled soya with peas, corinader, spices, onion, chillies and garlic to form the dough

Brush oil on your palms and make the cutlets into cylinders. Coat them in breadcrumbs

Grease some ghee on a pan and cook these low-medium flame for 20-30 mins on all sides until crispy

For the dip-
Mix everything together and its ready!
