Resep Tumis Buncis Bawang Putih (untuk 4 porsi)

Bahan:
350 gr baby buncis
12 siung bawang putih

Bahan saus:
2 sdt saus tiram
2 sdt maizena
80 ml air
½ sdt kaldu ayam bubuk
¼ sdt penyedap
½ sdm gula pasir
1 sdm arak masak
¼ sdt garam
1/8 sdt merica

Cara membuat:
1. Panaskan minyak, goreng buncis selama 1-2 menit, tiriskan dan rendam dengan air dingin
2. Campurkan air, kaldu ayam bubuk, saus tiram, gula pasir, penyedap dan maizena, aduk rata kemudian tambahkan garam dan merica, aduk rata
3. Masukkan bawang putih ke dalam food processor, haluskan
4. Panaskan minyak goreng sebagian bawang putih di api sedang kecil hingga kuning keemasan, tiriskan
5. Tumis sisa bawang putih hingga wangi kemudian masukkan arak masak, aduk rata
6. Masukkan campuran saus, masak sesaat hingga mengental kemudian masukkan buncis, masak sesaat
7. Pindahkan ke dalam piring saji kemudian taburkan bawang putih goreng
8. Buncis bawang putih siap disajikan

Garlic Green Beans Recipe (yield 4 servings)

Ingredients:
350 g baby green bean
12 clove garlic

Sauce ingredients:
2 tsp oyster sauce
2 tsp cornstarch
80 ml water
½ tsp chicken bouillon
¼ tsp MSG
½ tbsp sugar
1 tbsp cooking wine
¼ tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper

Steps:
1. Heat oil. Fry the green beans for 1-2 minutes. Drain and soak in cold water.
2. Mix water, chicken bouillon, oyster sauce, sugar, MSG, and cornstarch. Mix well then add salt and pepper. Stir.
3. Chop the garlic using a food processor.
4. Heat oil. Fry some of the garlic over medium low heat until yellowed. Strain.
5. Sauté the remaining garlic until fragrant. Add cooking wine, stir.
6. Add the sauce mixture. Cook for a moment until thickened, then add the green beans. Cook for a moment.
7. Transfer to a serving plate, then sprinkle with fried garlic.
8. Garlic Green Beans are ready to serve.
