[INDONESIAN]
Resep Terong Raos (untuk 3-4 porsi)

Bahan:
1-2 buah terong ungu (250 gram)
2 sdm minyak/margarin
7 pcs cumi asin, rendam air panas
5 siung bawang putih
7 siung bawang merah
1 batang daun bawang
4 buah cabai merah keriting
5 buah cabai rawit merah
1 buah jeruk limau (opsional)

Bahan lainnya:
1 sdm kecap manis
1 sdm saus tiram
2 sdt gula pasir
1 sdt kaldu jamur/penyedap

Bahan adonan:
150 gr tepung terigu protein sedang
30 gr tepung beras
½ sdm baking powder
¼ sdt garam
½ sdm kaldu ayam bubuk
1/8 sdt merica
250 ml air
½ sdm cuka meja

Cara membuat:
1. Di dalam mangkuk campurkan tepung terigu, tepung beras, baking powder, garam, kaldu ayam bubuk dan merica
2. Masukkan air secara perlahan sambil di aduk kemudian tambahkan cuka, aduk rata
3. Potong-potong terong kemudian masukkan ke dalam tepung basah, goreng terong hingga kecokelatan dan kering, tiriskan
4. Cincang bawang putih, iris bawang merah, cabai merah keriting, cabai rawit merah, daun bawang dan cumi
5. Panaskan minyak/margarin, tumis bawang merah hingga wangi kemudian masukkan bawang putih, daun bawang, cabai merah, cabai rawit merah dan cumi asin, tumis hingga wangi dan kering
6. Masukkan kecap manis, saus tiram, gula pasir, kaldu bubuk dan terong, aduk hingga rata kemudian masukkan perasan jeruk limau, aduk rata
7. Terong raos siap disajikan

Terong Raos Recipe (yield 3-4 servings)

Ingredients:
1-2 pc eggplant (250 g)
2 tbsp oil/margarine
7 pc salted squid, soaked in hot water
5 clove garlic
7 pc shallot
1 stalk green onion
4 pc curly red chili
5 pc Thai chili
1 pc lime (optional)

Other ingredients:
1 tbsp sweet soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp mushroom bouillon/MSG

Batter ingredients:
150 g all-purpose flour
30 g rice flour
½ tbsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
½ tbsp chicken powder
1/8 tsp pepper
250 ml water
½ tbsp vinegar

Steps:
1. In a bowl, mix the all-purpose flour, rice flour, baking powder, salt, chicken powder, and pepper.
2. Gradually add water while stirring, then add vinegar. Mix well.
3. Cut the eggplant into slices, then dip into the batter. Fry the eggplant until golden brown and crispy, then drain.
4. Chop the garlic. Slice the shallots, curly red chili, Thai chili, green onion, and squid.
5. Heat the oil/margarine. Sauté the shallots until fragrant, then add the garlic, green onion, red chili, Thai chili, and salted squid. Sauté until fragrant and crisp.
6. Add sweet soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, stock powder, and eggplant. Stir until well mixed, then add lime juice. Mix well.
7. Terong Raos is ready to serve.
