Are you feeling bad about your belly problem? Do you have excessive fat in your belly?

Having a belly does not look good is a smal issue compared to the dangerous health issues it has.

Many feel ashamed from the cosmetic point of view.

Let's keep the looks aside for a while. If you have belly fat, it means that your body is facing many issues inside.

I'll try to make it simple for you
If you have belly fat, it means that your internal organs are already fat-covered and only the excess fat that cannot be absorbed or dissolved is stored in your belly.

Our daily habits like eating fast-food items, irregular food intake, lack of exercise, sugar, excessive eating all contribute to our belly fat.

Belly fat is just the tip of the iceberg. Our body is already getting ready for innumerous diseases.

If you have belly fat, it means your body is about to be affected by various diseases. Belly fat is a sign to denote that your body is unhealthy’ your heart is weakening, your insulin levels are increasing and your body is getting ready for insulin resistance.
Most importantly your liver is moving towards losing its original capacity or has been covered with fat all over.

Belly fat is a sign of many issues happening within your body

Irregular food habits and lack of exercise are the major reasons where large quantities of carbohydrates are getting stored as fat in our bodies.

The first organ to get affected is your liver. It is a sizeable organ that can handle a certain amount. Fatty liver happens. Then it affects other internal organs as visceral fat.

It internally affects insulin secretion which is responsible for converting carbohydrates into fat.

Over some time, due to the excess sugar residual, our body needs to secrete more amount of insulin. This will lead to insulin resistance and there are high chances of you becoming diabetic.

Belly fat is a sign that your body is about to experience all these above-mentioned issues. Belly fat even denotes cancer risk and is backed by scientific research.

If you or the people you know have belly fat, do not discourage and criticize them. Help them understand that they are moving towards an unhealthy lifestyle. It is time to look after your health.

Proper eating habits and regular exercise should be followed. In the coming videos, ill explain what foods to eat, how to reduce belly fat, and many other important things.

Also, if you have a belly, your testosterone levels will be very low and have side effects too.

If you have abdominal fat, please take action. Take necessary steps to reduce belly fat. Only then you will be able to lead a healthy life.
