Pistachio Barfi Truffles / How to make Easy and quick Pistachio Truffles Or Barfi Truffles

Pistachio Truffles are creamy, nutty and sweet treat. Barfi is a delicious and most loved traditional Indo Pak sweet. So here I am combining both. Pistachio is one of my top favourite flavour. You need handful ingredients to make these at home. Make it for your next occasion and everyone surely fall in love with these.







Barfi Ingredients;
Milk powder: 2 & 1/2 cup
Fresh cream / double cream: 250ml
Ghee / unsalted butter: 1/4 cup
Sugar: 150g
Powdered Pistachios : 1/2 cup

White chocolate: 50 g (melted)
Chopped pistachios for garnish
