This 7 movements of the spine yoga flow is a great yoga for beginners class. This is helpful yoga for back pain and is a breathe and flow yoga for the spine. This is a 20 minute yoga class with centring meditation and explores all 7 movements of the spine - elongation, rotation, flexion, extension and lateral flexion. These movements are great for good posture and helpful with flexibility. It’s a pratapana warm up for going into more asanas.

This 20 minute slow and gentle seated 7 movements of the spine is a great yoga class for back pain. This yoga warm up (pratapana) is wonderful for good posture and keeping the spine healthy and flexible. This includes an opening centring and calming meditation.
