Ingredients :-
Oil 50ml
Cumin ¼ Teaspoon
Mustard seeds 3 pinch
Green chili 1
Baingan 400 gram
Roasted coconut powder 4 teaspoon
Roasted peanut powder 3 teaspoon
Roasted sesame seeds powder 3 teaspoon
Salt 1 teaspoon
Turmeric 1 pinch
Roasted Daniya Zeera powder 1 teaspoon
Garlic 1
Green chili 7-8
Coriander leaves 2 teaspoon
Tamarind 25gram
Curry leaves 8-10
Water 2 cup
