Traditional way of cooking pinakbet, a humble Filipino vegetable stew | Planting rice 🌾

Pinakbet is one of the numerous humble dishes of the Philippines. It is a vegetable stew and it is best to cook it in a clay pot. The flavoring agent of this dish is bagoong- a Filipino fish paste.

I grew up eating this food. Today, I cooked pinakbet after working in the farm. I used vegetables from my garden. We enjoyed eating it for dinner.
