Tender Data Sheet (TDS) is the most vital part which describes the Tenderers/Contractors responsiveness to compete the bidding process in Electronic Government Procurement (e-GP) systems. TDS (Tender Data Sheet) briefly describe the PE (Procuring Entity) details, source of funds, description of works, experience criteria and qualification criteria as follows;
The average annual construction turnover shall be equal to Tender Amount multiplying by (0.10-0.30) for Tender value less than 2 crore and Tender Amount multiplying by (1.0-2.0) for Tender value Greater than 2 crore.
The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be 70% t0 80% of Tender Amount.
The minimum Tender Capacity shall be;
Tender Capacity = A * N * 1.50 - B
Here,
A = Maximum value of works in any one year during the last 5 (Five) years.
N = Number of years required to perform the assigned work.
B = Value of On-going works
The amount of Performance Security shall be 5 (five) percent of the Contract Price.
TDS also describes the Personnel Capacity, Equipment Capacity and JVCA requirements.
