Annual Procurement Plan (APP) is the first stage of Government procurement of works, good and services. Actually, it is the Administrative approval to procure any works, goods and services from the fund of GoB. APP is actually a plan in any one fiscal year under any procuring Entity (PE). It describes the description of works, quantity of works, price of works and approving authority according to PPA 2006 and PPR 2008. It also mention the Tender/Proposal dates i.e publication dates, closing dates, NOA issue dates, Contract Signing dates and works completion dates along with work start dates.
