Ingredients 食材：
- 1 English muffin
- 2 good quality smoked streaky bacon rashers
- 2 large eggs
- 3 sticks of asparagus
- chopped chives
- black pepper
- dash of olive oil
- a knob of unsalted butter
- 一個英式鬆餅
- 兩片煙肉培根
- 兩隻大雞蛋
- 三根籚筍
- 細香蔥蔥花
- 黑胡椒少許
- 約一茶匙橄欖油
- 一小塊無鹽牛油

Hollandaise Source 荷蘭醬
- 1 egg yolk
- 1/2 tsp of white wine vinegar
- 1/2 tsp of lemon juice
- about 1 tbsp of melted unsalted butter
- pinch of salt
- pinch of black pepper
- some warm water for diluting the source if its too thick（optional)
- 一個蛋黃
- 半茶匙白酒醋
- 半茶匙檸檬汁
- 約一湯匙融化的無鹽牛油
- 少許岩鹽
- 少許黑胡椒
- 一點暖水來稀釋醬汁（可以不用）
