In this Primal Movement routine, we will explore various locomotions (high and low crawls, squat transfers, low gaits...) and discover how much you can already move with the resources you have. This session helps you move in directions you rarely visit, so take it easy and you'll see how your mobility improves, as well as your endurance, floor sensitivity, proprioception, and many other hidden layers. Even though this is a guided practice, we leave some space for creativity so you can let your own practice flourish, and surprise you.
