INGREDIENTS:-
1CUP soya granules boil with add
1/2tsp salt (Namak)
1tsp sugar (chini)
1tsp soya sauce
1tsp venigar (sirka)
Give One boil keep aside to cool once it cools down strain the Water and squeeze the granules to remove extra water and marinate with
salt
3tbsp Curd (Dahi)
1tsp meat masala
1tbsp Ginger garlic Green chilli paste (Adarakh Lasun Harimirch pisa hua)and cover with lid and keep aside
1/2cup Green peas (Hari Mattar)
3big size Onion Chopped finely (Pyaaz)
1big size Tomato puree (Tamatar)
Salt
hand full of Chopped coriander leaf(Dhaniya pata)
1tbsp mint leaves (podina)
2 Green chilli slit(Harimirch)
1tbsp Kasuri methi (Fenugreek dry leaf)

DRY MASALA:
1tbsp Coriander powder (Dhaniya)
1/2tsp cumin powder (jeera)
1/2tsp Turmeric powder (Haldi)
1/2tsp Black pepper (kalimirch)
1tsp pavbhaji masala()
1/2tsp meat or Garam masala
1tbsp Kashmir mirch powder ()
1tsp red chilli powder spicy

FOR TEMPERING
1inch cinnamon ( Dalcini)
3 clove (laung)
2 Green cardamom ( HariElichi)
1black cardamom (Badi Elichi)
1 Bayleaf (tezpata)
1tsp cumin seed (jeera)
4 thread javitri (Maize)
1 small piece stone flower (chadila)
2tbsp Ginger Garlic Green chilli paste (Adarakh LasunHarimirch pisa hua)

FOR PREPARATION:-
1)Take a pan put
2tbsp Butter (Makkhan)
4tbsp oil once oil heat then put all the tempering once it splutters
2) Add chopped onions and saute till it become brown.
3) once it become brown then put Ginger garlic Green chilli paste mix it well
4) Add all dry Masala saute till oil separates.
5)Now add Tomato puree with saltand cook till oil separates
6)Add Green Peas and cook till it become tender and oil separates add water if needed.
7)Now add marinated soya granules and cook till Dahi get cooked and get blended with gravy
8) Add 50gms paneer greated. Cook well once oil release
9) Add mint leaves few coriander leaf chopped 1 green chilli slit
10) Once it is well cooked then add 1/2glass hot water to manage the consistency once it is done.
11 ) Now temper it with 1tbsp Clarified Butter (Ghee)and 1tbsp Kasuri methi and mix with keema.
