INGREDIENTS:-
1/2kg BottleGourd (Lauki/Ghiya)peeled andcut into cubes
1 Onion (Pyaaz)Chopped into long and thin pieces
Take pan put 4tbsp oil Mustered and once it comes to smoking point then add-
3 Green chilli slit (Harimirch)
6 garlic chopped roughly (lasun)
1tsp cumin seed (jeera)
1/4tsp asafoetida (Hing)
1/4tsp Carrom seed (ajwain dana) Once all ingredients started crackling then add Onion saute till it become tender
Add BottleGourd (Lauki/ Ghiya) put
1/2tsp Turmeric powder Cook till the bottle gaurd become tender
Now add
1tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
1/2tsp Redchilli powder spicy
Now cook for 1mint then put 5tbsp besan and mix well.
Now cover the lid and cook till besan gives good flavour.
Add 1tbsp of venigar or()sirka
1/2tsp Amchur powder
Add coriander leaf and its done
FOR TEMPERING THE VEGETABLE
Take tadka pan put
1tbsp Clarified Butter(Ghee)
1tsp fennel seed (sauff)
1tsp fenugreek leafdry(kasuri methi )
1 red chilli whole cut into 2
Once the tadka is done then pour it in vegetables cover the lid.

Optional:- Take charcoal heat it on gas Take a small bowl put it in the middle of the vegetables and keep the hot charcoal in the bowl add ghee on it and cover the lid after 5minuts Take out the lid and serve the vegetables.
