*1400g sugar
105g salt
*350g skim milk powder
*7 tsp vanilla
*700g shortening
*5 pcs egg
*70g instant dry yeast
*8 cans water
*7 kg bread flour(first class)

UBE PALAMAN(3 KILOS)
*2250g brown sugar
*ube yum powder
*food color(ube)
*1 1/2 can water
*3 cans oil
*3 tsp vanilla
*150g skim milk powder
*150g margarine
*3 kg bread flour(third class)

TAKE NOTE:
*1 can is equivalent to 370mL
*baking time may varies depending on what type of oven you used
*resting time may varies the surroundings temperature
*the water measurement depends also the kind or the brand of flour you used
*if you want to delay the resting time you can adjust the measurement of the yeast
