Ingredients:
Pita bread :
All purpose flour - 2 cups
Sugar - 1/2 tsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Baking soda - 1/5 tsp
Curd - 3 tbsp
Water

Falafal :
Soaked white chickpeas- 2 cups
Onion - 1/4 cup
Garlic cloves - 14 to 15
Coriander leaves - 1/4 cup
Parsley- 1/5 cup ( optional)
Mint leaves - 10 to 12
Green chilli - 2 to 3
Ginger - 2 inch
Lemon juice - 2 tbsp
Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
Black pepper - 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder - 2 tsp
Sesame seeds - 2 tbsp
Gram flour (Besan ) - 1/2 cup
Salt to taste

Hummas :
Soaked white chickpeas- 2 cups
Sesame seeds - 1/3 cup
Olive oil - 2 tbsp
Garlic cloves - 6
Lemon juice - 2 tbsp
Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
