【妈妈食谱】香辣大葱虾
此食谱份量:3 - 4 人

✿材料
• 虾 500克
• 辣椒干 12条
• 大葱 1粒
• 椰浆 半碗
• 生抽 半汤匙
• 盐 适量

✿开锅前准备工作
将虾去除外壳和肠子,清洗干净,然后加入半茶匙的盐搅拌均匀 备用
辣椒干泡水软化之后切碎成泥 备用
将大葱切片加入少许盐 备用

✿步骤
1. 首先,倒入适量油热锅
2. 将虾快速煎一会儿,然后盛出
*记得沥干水,以防油溅出来
3. 接下来,加入大葱翻炒
4. 加入辣椒干泥翻炒均匀
5. 加入已翻炒的虾和半碗椰浆,搅拌均匀
6. 倒入半汤匙的生抽调味,搅拌均匀即可

[Mum’s Recipe] Spicy Red Onion Shrimp
(Suitable for 3 – 4 people)

✿Ingredients
• Shrimp 500g
• 12 dried chilies
• 1 Red Onion
• ½ bowl of coconut milk
• ½ tablespoon of Light Soy Sauce
• Suitable amount of salt

✿Pre-preparation
Remove shrimp’s shell & intestine, clean and wash, add ½ teaspoon of salt and stir it
Soften the dried chilies by dripping in water and then blend it into paste
Slice onion and add pinch of salt

✿Steps
1. Firstly, add suitable amount of oil to heat the wok
2. Stir fry the shrimp quickly and take it out
3. Add in onion to stir fry
4. Add dried chilies paste and stir fry
5. Add the stir fried shrimp & ½ bowl of coconut milk, then stir fry again
6. Pour in ½ tablespoon of light soy sauce, stir fry to mix it well
