20g Tamarind Paste 罗望子膏
20g Dried Shrimps 虾米
250g Onion 洋葱
60g Shallot 小红葱
60g Garlic 蒜瓣
20g Ginger 生姜
120ml Cooking Oil 食用油
1 tbsp Brown Sugar 红糖
½ tsp Salt 盐
2 tbsp Oyster Sauce 蚝
3 tbsp Chili Sauce 辣椒酱
3 tbsp Tomato Sauce 番茄酱
1~2 tbsp Sugar 白糖
Dash Of Water 清水适量

1 tsp Pepper 胡椒粉
1 tsp Sugar 糖
1 tsp Salt 盐
1 tsp Sweet Black Soy Sauce 甜黑酱油

★ For Taro Skin 芋头外皮 ★×1份👈🏻
600g Taro 芋头
50g Sugar 糖
½ tsp Salt 盐
1 tsp Five Spice Powder 五香粉
50g Glutinous Rice Flour 糯米粉

★ Oil For Deep-Frying 炸油
