Mango ice cream sondesh🥭💖 for your Noboborsho dessert ✨️🙏

Deets (makes 24 pcs):
160g mango chunks (I used rasapuri)
200g paneer
10g pistachio
10g almond
15g cashew
45g aamsotto
25g sweetened milk powder
100g fresh cream
70g sugar (use more or less depending on the mangoes' sweetness)
⅛ tsp cardamom powder
8-10 strands of saffron
A tiny pinch of salt

Take paneer, mango, sugar, milk powder, cream, cardamom, salt, saffron in a blender jar. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Take the batter out in a bowl. Fold in chopped nuts and aamsotto.
Pour the sondesh batter into heatproof containers. Keep the layer 1½ inch thick.
Cover the containers with aluminum foil and steam for 25-30mins on medium-high heat.
Cool the sondesh completely before chill in the fridge for overnight or 12 hours.
Take out, cut pieces, and serve chilled.
