I found some Czech-made Pac-Man embossed Oreos.I had fun thinking about how to use these cute Pac-Man Oreos for sweets, and colored them in Pac-Man colors.I put them on rectangular donuts that looked like roads.Donuts made with a firm dough using the overnight process do not absorb excess oil, so you can fry them in your home oil and make them light and refreshing. It's a bit impressive.
Recipe (for 6 pieces)
Ingredients:
For icing
Oreos
Icing powder
water
food coloring

For rectangular donuts
95g milk (warmed to 35℃)
25g eggs
20g sugar
165g bread flour
65g cake flour
2g dry yeast
45g unsalted butter
2g salt

For glazing
60g powdered sugar
13g milk

Vegetable oil as needed

How to make
1.Make icing with icing powder and color it. I added 2g of water to 10g of icing powder.
2.Spread the icing on the Pac-Man Oreo and scrape it off with a spatula to make the pattern appear. Allow to dry at room temperature.
3.Make the dough. I used the kneading function of my bread maker.Put 95g of milk (warmed to 35℃), 25g of eggs, 20g of sugar, 165g of bread flour, 65g of cake flour, and 2g of dry yeast in a bread case and knead for 10 minutes.
4.Add 45g of unsalted butter that has been brought to room temperature and 2g of salt and knead further. Knead for about 25 to 40 minutes in total.
5.Roll the dough into a ball and place it in a container with the seam facing down. Cover and let it rest in the refrigerator overnight.
6.Take out the dough and roll it out to a thickness of 1cm.
7.Cut it into 4.5 x 9 cm pieces. If you re-knead the dough, you will not be able to make a beautiful rectangle. It is recommended to cut out as many pieces as possible at the beginning.
8.Place on a baking paper, spray with water, and leave for 40 minutes at 40°C for the second rise.
9.Once the second rise is over, remove from the oven and let the surface dry for about 5 minutes.
10.While the surface is drying, make the glaze. Mix 60g of powdered sugar with 13g of milk.
11.Fry in oil at 160℃ for 6 minutes.
12.While still warm, dip into the glaze and coat.Place the Oreos from (2) on top and allow to dry.
13.Done. Czech Oreos have a different texture, taste, and aroma to those sold in Japan. The world is so big.

チェコ共和国製のパックマン エンボスのオレオをプラザで見つけました。このかわいいパックマンオレオをどーやってお菓子に使おうかなぁ と楽しく考えて、オレオはパックマン色にカラフルに着色。道に見立てた長方形ドーナツにのせてみました。オーバーナイト製法で固めの生地で作るドーナツは余計な油を吸わないので、おうちの油で揚げてもさっぱりと作れます。ちょっと感動しますよ。

*レシピ*（6個分）
：材料：
アイシング
オレオ
アイシングパウダー
水
着色料

レクタングルドーナツ
牛乳（35℃に温めてあります）95g
卵 25g
砂糖 20g
強力粉 165g
薄力粉 65g
ドライイースト 2g
無塩バター 45g
塩 2g

グレーズ
粉砂糖 60g
牛乳 13g

サラダ油 適宜

：作り方：
１．アイシングパウダーでアイシングを作り着色する。10gのアイシングパウダーに2gの水を入れました。
２．パックマンオレオにアイシングをのせ、ヘラですり切り模様を浮かび上がらせる。室温で乾かす。
３．生地を作ります。ホームベーカリーのこね機能を使いました。パンケースに牛乳（35℃に温めてあります）95g、卵 25g、砂糖 20g、強力粉 165g、薄力粉 65g、ドライイースト 2gを入れ10分こねる。
４．室温にした無塩バター 45g、塩 2gを入れさらにこねる。全体で25〜40程度こねる。
５．生地を丸め、とじ目を下にして容器に入れる。フタをして一晩冷蔵庫で休ませる。
６．生地を取り出し、厚さ1cmに伸ばす。
７．4.5×9cmの大きさに切る。こね直すときれいなタングルにできません。できるだけ最初でたくさん切り出せるようにするのをおすすめします。
８．オーブンシートにのせ、霧吹きし、40℃で40分、2次発酵する。
９．2次発酵が終わったら取り出し、5分ほど表面を乾かす。
１０．表面を乾かしている間にグレーズを作ります。粉砂糖 60gに牛乳 13gを入れ混ぜておきます。
１１．160℃の油で6分ほど揚げる。
１２．温かいうちにグレーズにつけコーティングする。（2）のアイシングしたオレオをのせ、乾かす。
１３．でけた。チェコのオレオは日本で売ってるのとは食感も味も、香りも違う。世界は広いな。
