Pastry Dough:

2 1/2 Cups All Purpose Flour
1 Teaspoon OF Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Sugar
1 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
1/2 Cup Butter (Unsalted/Frozen)
1/2 Cup Shortening
1/3 Cup Cold Water
1 Large Egg Beaten

Filling:

2 Lbs Ground Beef
1/2 Teaspoon Paprika
1 Scotch Bonnet Pepper Finely Chopped ( Or Much As Desired)
1/4 Teaspoon Black Pepper
1Teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
1 Teaspoon Soy Sauce
1 Teaspoon Ginger Chopped Finely
1/3 Cup Fresh Parsley Chopped
1/2 Cup Chopped Red Or White Onion
1/2 Cup Chopped Red & Green Pepper
1/2 Teaspoon Dried Thyme
2 Tablespoons Oil
1 Teaspoon Onion Powder
1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 Teaspoon Browning Sauce
1 Cup Beef Broth
