This Diwali, let’s keep it simple and indulge in the heavenly delight of Dahi Ke Kebab! 🌟 These kebabs are not just easy to make; they’re bursting with love and a perfect way to celebrate the festival of lights without the fuss of heavy spices. Here’s quick recipe …..-

1. Start with 200 gm of hung curd in a mixing bowl.
2. Grate in 150 gm of paneer, then toss in a small piece of finely chopped ginger, some green chilies, 1 medium onion, 1 capsicum, and fresh coriander – all finely chopped.
3. For binding, sprinkle in 1.5 tbs of roasted besan (chickpea flour) and add a little salt. To give it a sweet and sour twist, mix in 1 tbs of finely chopped cranberries (or raisins if cranberries aren’t on hand).
4. Combine everything thoroughly and chill the mixture for about 30 minutes in the fridge.
5. Once chilled, oil your palms and shape small tikkis—not too thick, please!
6. Then, coat each kebab in fresh bread crumbs for that perfect crunch.
7. Shallow fry on medium heat until they’re golden on both sides.
8. Serve these crowd-pleasers with spicy coriander chutney and watch them disappear in no time!
