सोपा सँडविच ढोकळा बनवण्यासाठी लागणारे साहित्य
• १ कप तांदूळ
• १/२ कप उडीद डाळ
• १/२ कप पोहे
• १/२ चमचा मेथ्या
• चवीनुसार मीठ
• १/४ कप पंढरपुरी डाळं / डाळवं
• २ चिरलेल्या हिरव्या मिरच्या

Sandwich dhokla is a very easy and quick recipe. This is basically Gujrat special recipe and now it is loved and popular all over India. Today we are making 1 kg sandwich dhokla from rice. These are exact proportions and measurements. This looks nice amd tastes delicious. It turns out soft and gets nice layers. This can be a good party starter. You can keep these ready before time. This is a perfect snack recipe. You can try this recipe at home and drop a comment for me. Do not forget to like, share and subscribe.

Ingredients:
• 1 cup Rice
• 1/2 cup Urad dal
• 1/2 cup Poha
• 1/2 tsp Fenugreek seeds
• Salt to taste
• 1/4 cup roasted Chana dal
• 2 chopped Green chilies
• 3 Garlic cloves
• Coriander leaves
• Salt to taste
• Water as needed
• Red chili powder
• 1 tsp Oil
• 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
• 2 Green chilies
• Finely chopped Coriander leaves

Method:
• Wash rice, urad dal, poha really good 3-4 times and add fenugreek seeds, water.
• Soak it in enough water for about 5 hours.
• Drain as much water as possible from the soaked mixture and blend it into paste. Use
minimum water while blending.
• Transfer the batter into a bowl and ferment it overnight or for about 12-14 hours.
• Add salt and mix well.
• Take out 3 ladleful batter into another bowl.
• For making chutney blend roasted chana dal, green chilies, garlic, coriander leaves well first.
• Add salt, water and blend again into paste. Chutney is ready.
• Mix the chutney into the batter that we have taken out and keep it aside.
• Line up a tray with butter paper and add a thin layer of batter into it.
• You can use a deep dish in place of tray.
• Tap the tray well and steam it for just 5-7 minutes.
• Turn off the gas and pour the chutney batter on this layer.
• Spread the batter evenly and again steam for about 5-7 minutes.
• Turn off the gas and pour out the remaining white batter into the tray.
• Spread well and sprinkle red chili powder.
• Steam the dhokla for about 5-6 minutes.
• Open the lid and check with toothpick.
• If it comes out clean it means the dhokla is steamed well.
• Let the dhokla cool down completely.
• When dhokla cools down a little loosen the edges with the help of knife and flip over the tray
into a dish.
• Remove the butter paper.
• For tadka heat up oil in a tadka pan and add mustard seeds.
• When mustard seeds pop up turn off the gas and add green chilies.
• Add this tadka on dhokla and garnish with coriander leaves.
• Cut it into pieces and sandwich dhokla is ready.
