This 25 minute beginner flexibility routine is for people who hate stretching! Okay, hate is a strong word - reaaaaalllly dislikes stretching.

This is a full body flexibility routine that hits your neck, back, shoulders, hips, and knees and feels amazing - all without the strain and discomfort of holding uncomfortable poses for long periods of time.

So many flexibility routines are focused on splits and extreme forward folds, but the vast majority of people don't need that! Doing routines like this one along with some general strength training will give you all the mobility you'd ever need.

Unless you're a gymnast or a dancer or a figure skater, etc - you only really need to be able to squat well, lunge well, hinge well, get your arms over your head easily, and be able to flex/extend your spine in order to have a really functional and athletic body. You absolutely do not need to be able to do splits or anything like that - unless you want to of course.
