The seventh Covid19 video for all my students to work at home (or any other place).

This time i will give you a special Sit-Up exercise to get a stronger center! It’s made for dancers, especially for contemporary dancers. But not only them can benefit from it. You don't need a lot of space.

The focus of this special work-out are the „center-muscles”. Means the straight, oblique & lateral abdominal muscles. They are the center of the contemporary dance universe... And it's necessary to strength them for (almost) all movements, to have a good balance & to be able to dance more dynamically. A good breathing technique is also a very important part. Always!
