Contemporary Dance (not only) for beginners - Online class 4 - Sequence „8” (2)

Another (only with me and my tablet) 1-Hour-Instagram-Class.

Once again we go into the sequence of „8” or if you want the „Infinity”
(Inspired by the Butoh dancer Tadashi Endo and adapted for contemporary dance by me).

The movements and dinamics follow the principle of the spiral that exist in different forms
all over the world and in the whole univers.

Of course the movements are minimized and simplified for a smaller space. If you get the sequence you should amplifying and decorating the movements in your own style...!!!

Main language is portuguese (but it isn't dfficult to follow for anyone).
