Bourbon up front, followed by almond lemon with hint of cherry. Delicious libation! A Reorder. Liber & Co. Comes in at 24% ABV.

MIXING NOTES: Any bourbon can be used, but 100 proof or better allows the bourbon to surface. Other maraschino liqueurs will work. Liber orgeat is recommended for its full flavor.
FYI: I made a second cocktail using Knob Creek 9YO 100 proof, and it was also delicious!!!

2 Old Grand-Dad bonded bourbon (KY 100 proof)
¼ Luxardo maraschino liqueur (Italy 64 proof)
1 fresh pressed pineapple juice
½ Liber orgeat
¾ lemon juice (fresh)
2dsh Peychaud’s bitters
Shake ice, strain double rocks, straw
