INGREDIENTS
1/2 Cup Milk
2 Tbsp Milk Powder
1/2 Cup Powdered Sugar
1/2 Cup Mango Pulp
1/4 Cup Oil
1 Tsp Lemon Juice
1 Cup All Purpose Flour/Maida
1 Tsp Baking Powder
1/4 Tsp Baking Soda
METHOD
Blend mango in mixer grinder without adding water and measure 1/2 cup pulp for the recipe
Mix together milk, oil, powdered sugar, milk powder, mango pulp, food color (optional).
Sift all purpose flour (maida), baking powder and baking soda on the liquid ingredients mix.
Whisk till there are no lumps and then fold with a spatula 15-20 times.
Place a tawa on low flame and place the appe pan on it.
Pour batter till half level in each pit and cover. Cook for 15-20 minutes or till there’s no uncooked batter in the pan.
Remove immediately and serve hot or at room temperature.
Can be stored in refrigerator in an airtight container and consumed upto a week.
