As with every Kundalini Yoga practice, we begin by tuning in and chanting the Adi Mantra to signal the start of our practice and shift into a more aware state. Then we move through a classic Kundalini exercise, gradually building on top of it before releasing. Next, we move through Sufi grinds, or Kundalini circles, to bring awareness to the body and loosen up the hips and spine before moving into our standing flow. Through each posture, we anchor with pranayama breathing exercises for a full-body yogic practice to start your day.

This kind of practice is like polishing your electromagnetic field, just like you polish a piece of silver. It flushes your insides, brings fresh blood and oxygen to your organs, improves mobility and releases tension. It’s seriously such a good Kundalini practice that can be done every morning by anyone!
