This stretch can be used for excess tightness, pain, or those having tendonitis such as tennis elbow or golfers elbow. In this video, we show more stretches for the extensor surface of the forearm, which is more likely the tennis elbow.

Learning how to stretch and relieve tension within the forearms, and elbows can really help reduce some pain or help prevent pain from happening. If you currently have tendonitis or tendinopathy, and you are repeatedly hurting it, you may want to go lighter on the stretch. In addition, you may want to use tape or a strap to help reduce some discomfort around the home.
