This Flowy & Dancy class opens with a kneeling warm up and Sun Salutations before working through a dynamic warrior flow, backbends and challenging balance postures. The peak poses in this class are camel splits and dancing camel. Expect to work your whole body, with an emphasis on big, flowy shapes that open your heart!
💘 This class includes several advanced poses, and transitions and it may be too tough if you are a beginner. I encourage you to do what you can, have fun with it and listen to your body to honor what feels good, empowering and grounding! See you on the mat :)
