🟢材料:
鯪魚肉♦ 320克
生菜 1棵
豆腐 1件
薑 1片
雞湯 250毫升
鹽、胡椒粉、油 適量

🟢做法:
1️⃣ 在水中加入1茶匙鹽,浸泡豆腐5分鐘。
2️⃣將雞湯加熱至滾,轉小火,放入魚肉。
3️⃣ 加入豆腐煮2至3分鐘,加少許油和鹽。
4️⃣ 最後加入生菜,撒上少許胡椒粉。
📌備注:♦ 鯪魚肉在街市魚檔有售,是香港十分普遍的食材。

🟢 Ingredients:
Mud carp fish paste♦(fish meat) - 320g
Lettuce - 1 head
Tofu - 1 block
Ginger - 1 slice
Chicken broth - 250ml
Salt, white pepper powder, oil - as needed

🟢Cooking Directions:
1️⃣ Dissolve 1 teaspoon of salt in water and soak the tofu for 5 minutes.
2️⃣ Heat the chicken broth in a pot until boiling, then reduce the heat to low and add the mud carp fish paste.
3️⃣ Add the tofu and cook for 2 to 3 minutes, then add a little oil and salt.
4️⃣ Finally, add the lettuce and sprinkle with a pinch of white pepper powder before serving.
📌Note: ♦Mud carp fish paste is a common ingredient in Hong Kong markets.
