Ingredients:
1/2 lb 90/10 lean ground beef
1 tbsp soy sauce
1/3 second spray oil
2.5 tbsps garlic minced
2 tablespoons doubanjiang (spicy bean paste)
1 cup chicken bone broth
1 teaspoon sesame oil
2 teaspoons brown sugar
2 teaspoons Sichuan peppercorn
1 teaspoon chicken bouillon powder
15 oz silken tofu
1 green onion
cornstarch slurry (2 tsp water & cornstarch)

Makes 2 servings:
(assuming 15 kcal per tbsp of doubanjiang)

How to make it yourself:
1. Add your ground beef onto a pan coated with spray oil on medium low heat
2. Mix on top your soy sauce and minced garlic until the beef cooks through
3. Then add in your doubanjiang, chicken bone broth, sesame oil, brown sugar, chicken bouillon powder (typo in video), Sichuan peppercorns, and your cornstarch slurry (a mix of cornstarch and water).
4. Dice your tofu and green onions and add them in and gently mix together and enjoy

This is such a great way to turn an already healthy dish into one that is filled with tons of protein. It pairs perfect with rice and is great to meal prep for the week to make high protein and low calorie meals that pack some heat and flavor 😮‍💨
