Today we're making a Chinese Bakery classic - Pineapple Bun! Pineapple bun's actually don't have any pineapple in it but are a plain sweet milk bun with a sweet crust. The pattern formed on top resembles a pineapple thus the name.

Pineapple Crust Ingredients | 菠蘿皮材料
57g Butter | 57g 牛油
1 Egg Yolk | 1個 蛋黃
100g Sugar | 100g 糖
94g Cake Flour | 94g 蛋糕粉
1tsp Whole Milk | 1茶匙 全脂牛奶
1/4tsp Baking Powder | 1/4茶匙 泡打粉
1/4tsp Baking Soda | 1/4茶匙 蘇打粉
1tsp Vanilla Essence | 1茶匙 香草精
