For a more thorough workout you can go through the entire sequence two or more times. Obviously you can use a Sandball or a Kettlebell. Both work very well. I alternate between which one I use.

I am 74 years old and have been doing vigorous workouts every single day for over 18 years. It is always the right time to move & groove, to get your mojo rising, boogie woogie, balance your QI, or whatever you like to call it.

In the video I am using a AlphaStrong Sandball. BUT I fill mine with a combination of black beans and steel shot. I find that the balance and handling of the bag is more to my liking that way.

Many of my movement clients like the Sandball because it is less daunting for thos who have never used a Kettlebell before. I also like the Sandball (bean/shotball) because you can slam it into the ground, drag it, or throw it. You will not be hurting this bad boy. I have been using this one for about 15 years outside and it still is tough. Faded because I leave it outside. Plus the two handles allow for numerous kinds of movements that you can do with a Kettlebell or a Dumbbell.
