After many test batches, I can confidently say that this is the best pomegranate sorbet recipe. There's practically no prep and zero chill time, and yet it results in a perfectly scoopable consistency and true pomegranate flavor every time. One scoop is bright and refreshing. It has quickly become my new favorite after-dinner frozen dessert—even over some of my favorite ice creams!

To sweeten the pot, this pomegranate sorbet couldn't be easier to make, either. It's made simply from pomegranate juice, lime juice, sugar, and salt and is ready to churn into sorbet in just about 5 minutes. And it doesn't require turning on your stove or oven!
