Ingredients
Ashgourd pieces - 1.5 cups
Jaggery - 2 tsp
Salt - 1.5 tsp
Water - 1 cup
TO ROAST AND GRIND:
White sesame seeds - 3 tsp
Oil - 2 tsp
White lentils - 2 tsp
Chickpea lentils - 2 tsp
Coriander seeds - 3 tsp
Raw rice - 1 tsp
Coconut - 1/4 cup
Red chillies - 3 to 4 nos.
Tamarind - Marble sized
TO TEMPER:
Oil - 2 tsp
Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves - few
