How To Get To Rulesmd.ini (where you pretty much mod anything)
1.Download Xcc Mixer
2.Save Xcc Mixer to wherever
3.Open Xcc Mixer and Search for Your RA2 Directory (where its located)
4.Once you find it now Search for RA2md.mix
5.Right click and select open
6.Now look for Localmd.mix
7.Right Click and select open
8.Scroll Down the left side and look for the TEXT files
9.Look for the Rulesmd.ini File
10.Finally Right Click and select EXTRACT and extract it to the desktop
