This Yoga for Splits class is one of my MOST requested online yoga classes! We're going to get into some deep hip stretches to prepare us for our front splits training.

Splits take time and patience. With these stretches for splits and a consistent yoga at home practice you will start to see deeper flexibility in your body.

This is a splits practice, so as with any practice, come back and do this video as often as you'd like. Let's start up these stretches for getting your splits!
