Ingredients:

2.6 kg Bangus (milkfish)
2 big sized or 612 g carrots
1 cup or 135 g garlic
160 g drain weight olives
1.5 liters pomace olive oil
1/8 cup or 17 g peppercorn
1/8 cup and 1 tbsp. or 55 g salt
1/8 cup or 32 ml soy sauce
1/8 cup or 36 ml liquid seasoning
1 tbsp. or 9 g sugar
1/4 cup or 60 ml vinegar
1 cup or 250 ml water
30 pcs. or 6 g bay leaves
20 pcs. or 49 g red chili (optional)
3 medium-sized or 109 g red bell pepper

For Brining Solution:

1.5 - 2 liters water
1 cup or 220 g rock salt
