How to do Half Saddle Pose (Quadricep & Hip Flexor Stretch) | Yin Yoga

Suggested Yoga Props: 1 Bolster and 2 Yoga Blocks.

Use the blocks and Bolster to make the position as comfortable as possible so your muscles can relax.

You should feel a stretch primarily in your quad. If you engage the glutes and press the pelvis up you will feel the stretch at the hip flexor as well. Start of by holding pose for 30 seconds - 1 minute. Work your way up to hold stretch for 2-3 minutes.
