無鹽牛油 Unsalted Butter 60g
砂糖 Sugar 40g
黑糖 Black Sugar 5g
雞蛋 Egg 1
低筋麵粉 Cake Flour 130g
無糖可可粉 Cocoa Powder 10g
蘇打粉 Baking Soda 1g
入爐巧克力曲奇 Cholocate chips 20g

木薯粉 Tapioca Starch 30g
砂糖 Sugar 20g
牛奶 Milk 110g
無鹽牛油 Unsalted Butter 5g

▼步驟 Instructions

1.用打蛋器將牛油和糖混合在一起,直到少量變白,然後打入雞蛋。
2.篩入麵粉,可可粉,小蘇打和巧克力碎片。
3.曲奇麵團,冷卻至少2-3小時
4.將木薯粉,糖和牛奶加到一個小鍋中,用小火將其煮成團。 加入牛油混合,冷卻至少2小時
5.將曲奇麵團和麻糬捲成小球
6.烘烤180°C 12-14分鐘

1. Mix the butter and sugar together using hand whisk until very light and fluffy, then beat in the egg.
2. Sift in the flour, Cocoa Powder, Baking Soda and Cholocate chips.
3. Cover the cookie dough and chill for at least 2-3 hours
4. Tapioca Starch, Sugar and Milk add into a small pot, bring it dough over low heat. Add butter mix until combined, chill for at least 2 hours
5. Roll the cookie dough and mochi into balls
6. Bake 180°C 12-14mins
